Made from carefully selected herbs and quality wines, following the traditional craft. Vanilla, clove, figs, orange peel and possibly a touch of toffee notes burst the nose. It’s a very complex whiff, as there are other indescribable. The sip test reveals orange peel and dried fruit right up front. The mid-palette is bitter, from the wormwood and orange peel. Good aromatic intensity in mouth, very well balanced with the long acidity post bitter and intense taste.
